Govt writes to CJI, wants its representatives on SC collegium

Law minister Kiren Rijiju's letter to the CJI is the latest in the series of criticism by constitutional authorities, including the Vice-President and Lok Sabha Speaker, who have also accused the SC of often encroaching into the domain of the legislature.
