Cold wave returns, chill likely to intensify for 2-3 days

Cold wave conditions returned to some parts of the capital on Sunday after a respite of five days, with a sharp drop in the minimum temperatures across Delhi-NCR and chilly northwesterly winds gusting through the day, which was clear and sunny.
