Killer RPF cop suffered ‘hallucinations’, was prescribed anti-psychotics

RPF constable Chetan Singh, who shot dead his senior and three passengers on the moving Jaipur-Mumbai Central Express on Monday morning, used to suffer “abnormal hallucinations” and was diagnosed with serious anxiety disorder. Singh was taking anti-psychotic drugs which are usually prescribed to patients with an “absolute diagnosis of mental disorder”.
