3 bodies found in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh rain toll rises to 59

Heavy monsoon rains and landslides have killed at least 59 people in Himachal Pradesh over the last week. Many are still missing and presumed buried under debris. Among the most affected areas are Mandi and Shimla districts, with nearly 23 and 19 fatalities, respectively.
