AAP govt moves Supreme Court to quash Delhi ordinance

Challenging the constitutional validity of the ordinance brought by the Centre to wrest control over transfers and postings of officers in the capital from the elected dispensation, the AAP government on Friday approached the Supreme Court demanding an "immediate stay" on it.
