AIIMS cyber attack may have originated in China, Hong Kong

The cyberattack on the servers of AIIMS, Delhi is suspected to have originated from locations in China and Hong Kong, official sources said on Wednesday. More details about the attack, to be obtained from companies in China and Hong Kong, have been sought, they added. AIIMS, Delhi has around 40 physical and 100 virtual servers. Five have shown signs of virus infection.
