HC bail on merit for Teltumbde, questions NIA claims

Holding that at this pretrial stage based on case record it cannot be concluded that Anand Teltumbde,73, an ex-management professor and Dalit rights scholar indulged in a ‘terrorist act’, Bombay high court on Friday granted him bail, a first on merit in the 2018 Elgar Parishad case of Pune.
