Did Rahul Gandhi skip ‘political clearance’ for foreign trip?

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi skipped taking mandatory political clearances for his visit to London whereas another MP, RJD’s Sanjay Jha who was also invited to the same event in the UK capital had followed the due process, government sources said on Wednesday.
