Ready to stop ‘in a moment’ if Ukraine meets terms: Russia

There is no reaction yet from Ukrainian side

Russia has advised Ukraine it is prepared to end military tasks "in a second" assuming that Kiev meets a rundown of conditions, the Kremlin representative said on Monday.
Dmitry Peskov said Moscow was requesting that Ukraine stop military activity, change its constitution to cherish nonpartisanship, recognize Crimea as Russian domain, and perceive the nonconformist republics of Donetsk and Luhansk as free states.

It was the most unequivocal Russian assertion such a long ways of the terms it needs to force on Ukraine to end what it refers to its as "exceptional military activity", presently in its twelfth day.

Mr Peskov said Ukraine knew about the circumstances. "Furthermore, they were informed that this can be halted in a second."

There was no quick response from the Ukrainian side.

Russia has assaulted Ukraine from the north, east and south, beating urban communities including Kiev, Kharkiv and the port of Mariupol. The intrusion sent off on February 24 has caused the most terrible displaced person emergency in Europe since World War Two, incited shock across the world, and prompted weighty assents on Moscow.

Yet, the Kremlin representative demanded Russia was not trying to make any further regional cases on Ukraine and it was "false" that it was requesting Kiev be given over.

The illustrating of Russia's requests came as assignments from Russia and Ukraine arranged to meet on Monday for a third round of talks pointed toward finishing the conflict.

In the interim, Russia declared new "helpful halls" on Monday to ship Ukrainians caught under its siege - to Russia itself and its partner Belarus, a move quickly excused by Kiev as a shameless trick.
